MALÅ Borehole Antenna System

Most powerful commercially available borehole ground penetrating radar (GPR) system: Standard configuration capable of measurements at depths up to 150m

In Brief:

MALÅ Borehole Antenna System is a powerful system often used to obtain information at depth for formation characterization. Borehole GPR can be used in different modes; reflection, cross hole, and surface-to-borehole. Typical applications include fracture characterization, foundation studies, karst evaluation and cavity detection.

The MALÅ Borehole Antenna System is based on the
MALÅ ProEx System and currently available borehole antenna frequencies are the MALÅ 100 MHz Slimhole Borehole Antenna and the MALÅ 250MHz Borehole Antenna.

The MALÅ Borehole Standard Antenna System allows for measurements down to 150m. On request MALÅ can also build special BH equipment and accessories capable to measure as deep as 2500m, which makes it unique on the market.
